Trump Merit System?

The new DEI is LFRD, not Meritocracy

Donald Trump said in his State of the Union speech March 4th, on National TV, he got rid of DEI in the federal government & public domain because he wanted people chosen on merit, not by race or gender.

Apparently, he replaced DEI with what I refer to as LFRD (loyalist, friend, relative & donor).

I won’t go into depth here, but take a look at some of his political appointees and advisors and a snippet of their beliefs;

DOGE-Elon Musk

Donated $288 million to Trump campaign, his businesses have received $38 billion from government contracts, non of which have been affected or cut by DOGE, supporter of white nationalist philosophy & Nazi leaning AfD in Germany

Attorney General-Pam Bondi

Worked on Project 2025, defended Trump in 1st Impeachment trial, upheld abortion ban in Florida as the Florida AG, 2020 election denier.

Office of Management & Budget-Russell Vought

Co-author of Project 2025, proposes undermining federal government through many avenues including his Christian Nationalist beliefs, wants to rid the government of federal workers and replace with Trump loyalists.

Education- Linda McMahon

No education experience

Chaired an institute that combats gender ideology and against policies that support trans rights and civil rights in education , supports school vouchers that funnel public funds to private schools.

FDA Commissioner-Martin Makary

Fox News contributor that parroted anti-abortion disinformation on the network.

Border Czar-Tom Homan

Project 2025 contributor, Fox News contributor, 2020 election denier, wants to arrest anyone in government helping immigrants, including mayors of sanctuary cities.

Deputy Chief of Staff- Stephen MIller

Project 2025 advisor, architect of separating immigrant children from their parents on the border, and Trump Muslim travel ban, on the SPLC list of extremists.

National Intelligence- Tulsi Gabbard

No experience, Putin and Assad apologist.

Defense- Peter Hegseth

Fox News TV Host, known drunken misogynist

No experience.

FBI- Kash Patel

No leadership experience, has enemies list of over 50 “deep state” people, all anti-Trumpers, wants retribution against the press.

Deputy director FBI- Dan Bongino

Ex Fox News Host, 2020 election denier.

HHS- Robert F Kennedy, Jr.

No experience, anti- vaccine, wild conspiracy theorist, believes people should drink cod liver oil to combat measles.

Homeland Security-Kristy Noem

No Experience, governed over a population less than Columbus, Ohio.

Ambassador to Bahamas-Herschel Walker

No experience , 2020 election denier.

Transportation Secretary -Sean Duffy

Reality TV Host, rescinded greenhouse gas emission regulations, rolling back climate change initiatives.

Ambassador to Greece-Kimberly Ann Guilfoyle

(Donald Trump ,Jr ex-girlfriend Fox News TV Host.

Middle East Advisor Massad Boulos

(Tiffany Trump father-in-law)

No experience.

Ambassador to France-Charles Kushner

(Jared Kushner’s father)

Convicted felon- pardoned by Trump no experience.1

Adam Boehler- Special Presidential Envoy for Hostage Affairs

Jared Kushner’s college roommate.

Trump picked 19 former Fox News hosts, journalists and commentators for senior positions in his second White House term. Of those, seven were working for Fox at the time Trump announced them.

Trump claimed he knew nothing about Project 2025, yet 140 people that worked on Project 2025 were in the First Trump Administration.
