Who Exactly Are You?

I grew up with you, played with you, went to school with you, were lifelong friends, or we at least settled into an acquaintance friendship if nothing else. So in wake of what is going on after the election, and specifically since Trump was sworn in January, I need to know the answer to these questions;

You are either for democracy or, or you are not.

You either want three branches of government with checks and balances on each other, or not

You either want Inspectors General that give oversight to our government agencies, or not

You either want a Department of Justicethat follows the rule of law, is non-partisan, and doesn’t try to create crimes for retribution, or not

You either want a completely independent press pool with access to the president instead of hand picked press that will not ask a hard question, or not

You either want diverse, equity, and inclusive people in your department that have years of experience instead of people that have no experience but are white, or not

You either want our leaders and military personnel to pledge an oath to the constitution instead of to one man, or not

You either want your top 2 leaders of the FBI to have years of experience in the FBI, instead of 2 men with not even one day’s experience & who fire dozens of co-workers that had years of experience, or not

You either think RFK, Jr. is an anti-vaccine conspiracy theorist who doesn’t have the expertise or knowledge to run HHS, or not

You either think that almost all of Trump’s cabinet appointments were filled with an anti-department candidate & sycophant appointee, or not

You either think Elon Musk and DOGE are being used to destroy government agencies by cutting employees and efficacy at the behest of Trump, so it makes Musk look worse than Trump, or not

You either think Dr. Anthony Fauci is a hero that save millions of lives of lives, or not

You either want a president instead of a dictator, or not

You either know when you are being lied to, or not

You have seen and lived through January 6th, 2021 and either believe the crowd stormed the Capitol and attacked the police, putting 147 of them in the hospital with 5 eventually dying from it, or not

You either believe every news report on Fox News is true and they are a truth telling org, or not

You either believe a woman should control her own body with advice from a doctor instead of the government, or not

You are either a good person that cares what happens to other people, whether a U.S. citizen or citizen of the world, or not

You either believe our elections are fair and secure, like the Attorney General of the U.S. and 62 failed Trump lawsuits said, or not

You either believe Putin is a murderous dictator that kills or jails his opponents, or not

You either believe Russia attacked the Ukraine instead of the other way around, or not

You either believe that the United States and NATO nations act on behalf of protecting democracy against brutality, or not

You either believe Donald Trump is choosing Russia’s side and believing Putin instead of our own Allies and intelligence agencies, or not

You either believe Trump is a narcissistic, transactional, bully, or not

You are either a racist, or not

You either are an anti-Semite, or not

You either feel empathy for starving and dying people, or not

You either think, due to his endorsement of the Nazi-leaning party in Germany, his Nazi-like salute, his willingness to kill millions without empathy by closing USAID, that Elon Musk is a white nationalist bigot, or not

You either think that the government is bloated financially and needs cuts to programs and the workforce using a chainsaw instead of strategic cuts, or not

You’re answers are important to me, so I need to know if after all our years together, I’m still friends with a gullible, Fox News watching, never verifying or questioning any story or lie you hear, Kool-Aid drinking cult member, or not.

Because then, and only then, can I determine whether you are a good person, worthy of my time investment, friendship and love, or not.
